A BETTER PLACE FOR HORSES AND FOR PEOPLE TOO

Solvang, CA (August 9, 2010) – Monty Roberts announced that, at 75 years of age, he is going to again alter the course of horse training, recommitting his life’s goal to leave the world a better place for horses and for people too, by setting the bar even higher on his https://www.montyroberts.com . Those familiar with his New York Times bestselling autobiography The Man Who Listens to Horses (58 weeks on the prestigious list) know that Mr. Roberts does not shy from challenging people to take violence and force out of the training of horses altogether. “It is my hope that through this effort I will bring a better understanding of man’s communication with horses. My method does not rely on pain or restraint. I believe that a horse should never be forced to do anything. A horse using the freedom of choice becomes the centerpiece of my work and the result is optimal learning.”

He also believes that for far too long horse trainers have held their secrets guarded, understandably to protect their ability to make a living training horses. But Mr. Roberts thinks that its time horsemen be more forthcoming with their methods in order to advance the welfare of horses everywhere and usher in this new era of man’s co-existence with horses. “Horsemen tended over the millennium to hide their secrets; to do their thing without telling anybody else. I think we lost a lot because of that. Experiences that could have been built on just didn’t happen because they were not very generous with their discoveries.” Video here: https://www.montyroberts.com/ab_about_monty_calendar/courses/

Monty’s directive to make his concepts available to more people is evident at https://www.montyroberts.com . Monty Roberts asked Theta Sigma Productions and Infinite Web Design to re-design his website to allow far more accessibility to his Join-Up® concepts globally. That effort has  revolutionized how much free access and lower cost training information is now available to the world. The high cost of shipping DVDs and books around the world has just been challenged by Monty’s new website. To advance the access to his vast experience, he added a keyword search engine, more free videos and for serious students of progressive natural horsemanship he launched his Equus Online University which is an interactive online lesson site that is already being considered the most effective educational tool for horsemen on the web.
